• the RoadToaster App, an electric vehicle navigation application, and
• the roadtoaster.app Website.

RoadToaster App

The RoadToaster App may collect and share limited technical data and app activity data for analytics, attribution, and marketing measurement.

• The app does not create user accounts.
• The app may collect or share app event data such as first opens, app launches, checkout starts, subscription selections, completed purchases, cancelled purchases, and similar in-app conversion events.
• The app may collect or share limited technical data such as app version, device identifiers, operating system version, locale, and similar device or usage information needed for attribution and measurement.
• For purchase and subscription events, the data shared may include product identifiers, product names, plan type, price, currency, Apple transaction identifiers, and purchase timestamps.
• This data may be shared with third-party analytics and advertising measurement providers acting on our behalf.
• If you grant tracking permission on your device, advertising identifiers may be used for attribution and advertising measurement where permitted by law.
• We do not create user profiles with your name, email address, or phone number, and we do not collect or store your precise location or your full payment card details on our servers.

2.2 Location

The RoadToaster App may access your device location only to provide navigation, route planning, map display, and charging station functionality on your device.

Your location is not collected by us.

2.3 Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.

We do not receive your full payment card details or other payment credentials.

2.4 Local storage

The RoadToaster App may store settings, favourites, and offline content locally on your device or in your personal iCloud environment for your own use.

This information is not collected by us.

Website

3.1 Purpose of the Website

The Website is a marketing website for the RoadToaster App.

3.2 Data collected on the Website

The Website may also collect limited information relating to website visits and usage for analytics, statistics, performance measurement, and marketing purposes.

This may include:

• approximate geolocation derived from technical data
